Experimental photography is not just standard photography it is a creative, abstract way of doing it. This is where you take some objects or people and distort the image in some way. My strengths for these images I think is the composition of the photos because they look right, when you look at then you don't think everything is everywhere and not neat, everything is neat and the main point catches your eye. Another strength for these images is they all keep to the theme I started with at the beginning. The theme was fantasy/Fairy tails I think I have kept to this for example the projection one I have made a human into a mythical created and then the natural photos are weird and different where as in reality it would just be a standard leaf or flower. The weaknesses are probably my editing work. I don't think it is that noticeable but I don't feel like it is up to the standard that I want it to be at, I think I would be able to improve by practicing more and spending more time editing the photos but I feel I didn't have enough time to do this. Another weakness is on my projection photo. I think it is a nice photo but I need to work with it more because as you can see, you can see the line where the projector cuts off I would of preferred it to be lined up, I could of improved this by taking the photo at a different angle but I'm not sure that would of worked. If I was to do the project differently I would work my timing better, I would do this by taking all my shoots and getting everything for the shoots ready and all of that don't in a week or two, then for the rest of the time I have I would base that on editing and doing my research etc. I like my final image 1 because I think it looks really dreamy, I like it but i really need to work on the editing on it if I was to do it again. l like my final image 2 because i like the idea that I had and how I used the theme with it, again I think it could be improved with more editing. I like my final image 3 because I think its nice and creative and the way that I have done it is a lot different to other typical double exposures. I like my final idea 4 because I think it is really creative and different to other images out there. I like my final idea 5 because its really different but still fits in with the theme. I like my idea 6 because I like how i have worked with it and what I have done, I think it could be improved with more editing but apart from that I'm happy with it. I think it has encouraged me to be more creative seen as I was weary of trying new things at the beginning but now I am happy with my outcome and think the pictures are really nice. I will defiantly be using some of these techniques again.
